Complete Druid BiS List for Resto, Bear, and Cat

I'm happy to be back and to help keep supporting the druid community by keeping alive the gear list for druids. Please use it as a resource to maximize your gearing up for this project.

As always if there are any errors or omissions, please feel free to comment and I'll see what I can do to update it.

Just because an item is higher than another item does not guarantee optimization. Cat should be at but not above hit cap and bear should take into account armor cap where applicable.

Healing stats for BWL are based off of BWL 3 piece bonus. For Naxx it it presumed that the 24/0/27 build is utilized for the numbers to be accurate.

Lastly, this is a complete list with all items released and all stats at 1.12 itemization.

  1. Within healing trinkets i would say:
"Second wind" trinket is way underated. The flat healing is quite good (22), and the mana regen CD it provides is basically equal to a 2 mins and 15 seconds worth of mindtap talisman.
The CD is 15 minutes - but one needs to realize that the timespand between needing this regeneration is usually about 15 mins. Atleast before AQ40 (and probably also in most of AQ40). As such i would also advice sticking with it for a while, as it especially shines in mana intensive fights.

Thus i would rate this quite a bit above both briarwood read and mindtap talisman, and below royal seal and essence of saphiron. For the same reason essence of saphiron should be above royal seal as the powerfull 2 mins CD should make up for the 4 heal and 10 FR from the royal seal - as it allows the healer to get out of a tight spot.

I also feel Wooshulays charm should be mentioned, as it is one of the strongest CD's for specific encounters, or just bad sittuations. Although it does not do as much for efficient healing durring it's cooldown as the Head of Hakkar trinket, it seems to me tobe better in almost any case you'd want to pop an "OH SH IT" cooldown. As such i would propose it either above or below Mark of the beast. But a druid healer would still want to keep it for sertain encounters with periods of high intensity...

  2. After using it for quite a while i have to say that i would probably rate "Wooshulays charm" around the same place as Darkmoon Card: Blue (maybie above). The main reason is that the increase in healing speed creates a lot of control and allows you to distribute healing faster rather than just getting a flat bonus to your current heals (As heart of hakkar does). This gives a lot of control during the small span of time where it is needed.
I would take this over the 16 mp5 any day, the same goes for the 44 healing from royale seal - provided that my gear is atleast not severely lacking +healing. Especially if i am also using the bracers from the set.

The proc ends up meaning more to the raid than a constant effect. But it should be kept in mind that some encounters does not need this kind of effect, and keeping other trinkets to swap with is a good strategy.
